Disenfranchised Grief

When we think about grief we often think about loosing someone who has lived. What happens when we are grieving a life we thought we would have, or apart of ourselves we not longer have access to. Our world doesn't always recognize big life changes or other losses as grief - and yet we continue to hold the weight of it.
